    “October 31st 2015 Dear Sir / Madam. In my capacity as the Innovation Technology and Quality (ITQ) Director for the AMEA Region I had the opportunity to work with Bhavna Sanghvi. One of my key objectives as the AMEA ITQ Director was to create a centralized Research and Development (R&D) Team supporting the newly created AMEA Business region. This centralized R&D Team would be based in Mumbai but critically would support the product development needs of expanded AMEA Region comprising Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Bhavna was my primary HR contact within General Mills India business who assisted me in the recruitment and expansion of the AMEA R&D Team. In order to recruit and create this centralized R&D Team I had regular interactions with Bhavna via Skype, Outlook, Telcos and in person. I relied on Bhavna across all aspects of the process – inclusive position description preparation, recruitment agency engagement, preliminary applicant screening, candidate interviews, candidate selection and candidate on-boarding. Even though we were challenged by time zone differences Bhavna consistently, proactively, diligently followed through across all stages of the process – her involvement and commitment to the process was critical to the recruitment and creation of the AMEA R&D Team.
