🚨 Payments Council of India reappoints CCAvenue exec Vishwas Patel as chairperson The Payments Council of India (PCI) has reappointed Vishwas Patel, Joint MD of CCAvenue, as Chairperson for the 2025–27 term. MN Srinivasu (BillDesk) and Nalin Bansal (NPCI) will serve as Co-Chairpersons. With over 190 members, PCI represents India’s non-bank payments industry and works with regulators like RBI and the Finance Ministry to advance the vision of a “less-cash” economy. Leaders from Razorpay, PhonePe, Google Pay, MobiKwik, Amazon Pay, PayPal, Mastercard, and others were also named to head key committees.
