With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and media strategy, Shonali has built a strong career through leadership roles at Godrej Capital, The Wadhwa Group, Godrej Properties Limited, and Reliance Group, where she successfully drove impactful brand narratives and customer-centric strategies. Prior to this appointment, Shonali spent nearly six years at Godrej Capital, where she served as Head of Growth Marketing, Head of Marketing, and Head of Portfolio Diversity (Marketplace), playing a key role in shaping inclusive growth initiatives. Her earlier career included senior contributions at The Wadhwa Group, Godrej Properties, Reliance Group, Planman Consulting, and Mindshare India, where she developed expertise in media planning, buying, and brand campaigns.
