Been associated with the NASSCOM GIC Council almost since early days of its inception. Facilitated setting up the Western Region Council and have been associated with a number of industry level strategic initiatives. Brought together the Technology heads of the BFSI GIC companies to set up a Special Interest Group (SIG). The last couple of years, the focus on Fintech has given me the opportunity to work with the NASSCOM team to determine the content and format of the two India Fintech Day conferences held in Mumbai in 2016 and 2017. Part of the core team that is bringing together the NASSCOM National GCC (a.k.a. GICs) Conference to be held in April 2018. The National Council representing a variety of industries (which I am also a part of) determines the direction for the Global Capability Centers (GCC) industry, discusses ongoing trends and value that they could create as they get ready for the future. These are then disseminated to the larger GCC Community of over 1000 companies at the National conference.
