#Update Indore-based cultural content and meme marketing agency, Creativefuel, has acquired Mumbai-based Onemotion group, a marketing firm specializing in Reddit, Inc.. While the financial terms were not disclosed, the acquisition is designed to boost Creativefuel's capabilities in community-driven marketing and reputation management. Founded by Arjun Darji, Onemotion IMC focuses on helping brands authentically engage with Reddit communities and improve their visibility in AI-powered search results. Creativefuel CEO Tushar Sukhramani noted that the deal will help brands "win those conversations authentically," as Reddit is a key platform where opinions are formed. This acquisition follows Creativefuel's recent purchases of MissMalini Entertainment and the YouTube channels Hasley Originals India and Pataakha. India’s Media SaaS Unicorn Eyes IPO 🚀 Media-focused SaaS unicorn Amagi has filed its draft papers to raise up to ₹1,020 Cr through a fresh issue, with big names like Premji Invest, Accel, Norwest Venture Partners, General Atlantic, Trudy Holdings, and others set for partial exits.
