Ltd. (DDTPL). 🔹 Focus: Manufacturing LCD & TFT-LCD modules – key components for smartphones, TVs, monitors, and automotive displays. 🔹 Expansion: The JV will also assemble finished products like smartphones, televisions, and monitors, with scope to introduce HKC-branded devices in India. 🔹 Structure: Dixon will hold 74% stake, while HKC will invest for 26% ownership. Kaynes Semicon will ship its first production-ready chip samples from its Gujarat OSAT facility by the end of August, Raghu Panicker, the CEO of Kaynes Semicon Private Limited told businessline.
