Wealth and asset management platform InCred Money, part of the InCred Group, has raised ₹250 crore (about $30 million) from marquee investors including Manipal Group chairman Ranjan Pai, former Deutsche Bank executive Ram Nayak , the Mankind Family Office, MMG Family Office, Ravi Pillai Family Office, and the Raj Vattikutti Foundation, among others. The fresh round pegs InCred Money’s valuation at around ₹1,650 crore ($200 million). Founded by Bhupinder Singh, InCred Group operates three businesses: InCred Finance (retail and MSME-focused NBFC), InCred Capital (wealth and capital markets), and InCred Money. The raise comes just as InCred Holdings readies for its IPO, with an estimated issue size of $460–560 million, including a ₹1,500 crore fresh issue and a ₹300 crore pre-IPO placement.
