The day began with eager greetings and gentle eyes, moments that reminded us how powerful kindness can be. More than 40 of our colleagues, supported by generous donors and organisers, came together for an animal shelter drive filled with care and compassion. From preparing meals and refreshing the spaces to arranging essential supplies and medicines, every gesture was about creating comfort where it’s needed most. What we carried back was just as meaningful; the joy of giving, the warmth of connection, and the reminder that empathy, in any form, leaves a lasting impact. What began with an energising Townhall, filled with curiosity, candour, and bold ideas, culminated in the inauguration of our new workplace at DLF Downtown Gurugram 🎉 Across floor walks, leadership circles, fireside chats, and cultural showcases, the ELT’s presence was more than symbolic. It was deeply felt in every corridor, every conversation, and every moment of connection with colleagues. The inauguration of our expanded office in DLF Downtown 4 reflected NAB’s legacy and future, marked by symbolic traditions, moving storytelling through art, and vibrant cultural performances. Above all, it was a reminder that our greatest strength lies in our people: their passion, their customer obsession and their belief in what we are building together.
