With over twenty years of experience at Cantiere del Pardo, now part of the Oniverse group, Enrico knows every detail of production. Today, he works as a team leader, a role that goes far beyond simple supervision: it’s about listening, collaboration, and responsibility. “Being a team leader means, above all, knowing how to relate to your colleagues,” Enrico explains. “I’ve been here for 22 years, and I know how important open dialogue is especially now that the company has grown significantly.” For Enrico, leading a team also means being a true point of reference: “To achieve high-quality results from your team, you need to communicate, exchange ideas, and, when needed, lead by example. That’s the only way to truly convey the standard we’re aiming for.” The biggest challenge? “Reaching the final goal, even when expectations rise and the workload becomes more demanding. It’s in those moments that the strength of a team really shows.” Among the many projects he’s worked on, one stands out in his memory: “Building the first Pardo 50. That was a huge achievement. I worked on seven in total, but the first one was special, the process was completely different from the sailing yachts I was used to. Developing motor and sailing prototypes together was a formative and truly stimulating challenge.” #cantieredelpardo #oniverse #careers
