La curatela attraverso la storia: inaugurazione del VR Corner alle Gallerie Estensi A Modena è stata inaugurata ufficialmente l’𝗘𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗮 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗮 del nostro progetto con Galleria Estense, come parte della mostra “Vedere e rivedere. La storia della Galleria Estense attraverso i suoi allestimenti”, organizzata nell’ambito del Festival della Filosofia PAIDEIA. In questa occasione RE:LAB si è occupata del concept e dello sviluppo tecnico, grafico e interattivo. Un'esperienza immersiva che trasforma la visita museale, permettendo al pubblico di esplorare opere e collezioni attraverso tre diverse fasi storiche (Ricci 1924-25, Salvini 1946 e Mezzetti 1975), ricostruite virtualmente tramite lo studio delle fotografie presenti negli archivi delle Gallerie Estensi e il raffronto coi cataloghi. Nelle diverse fasi il visitatore sarà accompagnato dalla voce del Direttore o della Direttrice di quella specifica epoca e potrà vivere l’allestimento di quel periodo. Berlin Calling: testing the future with EMPATHI On October 6-8 we were in Berlin for a crucial phase of the 𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗜 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁: testing at the SPIRIT project testbed at Werner-von-Siemens Centre for Industry and Science. Three days of technical validation and refinement of solutions developed together with Università Politecnica delle Marche and Emoj s.r.l., to bring Ludovico Ariosto to digital life. We participated in the 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀’ 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 together with our partners for the 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗦 project, within 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝟭 of the cascade funding calls of MICS - Made in Italy Circolare e Sostenibile Since 2005, the European Commission has promoted this initiative to bring science closer to citizens. Held every last Friday of September across Europe, it’s a chance for the public to meet researchers and discover innovation through interactive activities and demonstrations. At the event, 𝗥𝗘:𝗟𝗔𝗕 presented with the partner University of Bologna (Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna) the 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗦 project — a 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 for designers in strategic sectors such as textiles and aerospace. By combining 𝘃𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸, it enables multisensory interaction with digital objects, merging sight and touch for an immersive, realistic experience.
