We are proud to see our work for Wind Tre’s headquarters in Milan, the Monterosa91 building, featured on the pages of Office Snapshots, an international magazine dedicated to workplace design and architecture. The project represents a new phase of development and contemporary reinterpretation of one of Milan’s most iconic office spaces — redesigned to place people, collaboration, and well-being at the heart of the working experience. 👉 Read the article here: https://lnkd.in/dBRFhxFs #SPaRC #WindTre #WorkplaceDesign #Architecture #Workspaces

On July 10th, in the recently opened expansion of its Flagship Store in Rome, Florim Ceramiche hosted an event that went beyond surfaces and architecture, creating an opportunity to celebrate a shared vision with our team. The new space hosted a technical presentation led by Valentina Mazzacani, Head of Florim Solutions and Business Development, focusing on ventilated facades and fire resistance, technical and raised flooring systems, pools and special pieces, with project case studies highlighting the interaction between Speri, SPaRC, and the brand. The collaboration between Florim and our firm was not just about excellence in their respective fields, but about a common vision: a deep connection with the environment, a long-term outlook built on quality and integrity, and a contemporary interpretation of tradition. Both companies believe in innovation that respects its origins – whether it’s a material or its application. Speri’s and SPaRC's presence at the event brought with it a legacy of passion and sustainability, expressed in every building and rooted in a strong sense of responsibility toward the environment and future generations. Our presence in this dialogue carried forward a legacy of sustainability and design culture, expressed in buildings that speak to their time while respecting what came before. Florim’s expanded Roman space became the perfect setting for this convergence of ideas, materials, and visions. For SPaRC, it was an opportunity to reinforce the alliance with one of Italy’s leading design brands. "Rome is not to be conquered, it must be listened to. Every project here is an act of patience and respect, a dialogue with centuries rising beneath our feet. Between archaeological constraints and global expectations, design becomes translation: embracing without erasing, shaping without scarring. To interpret Rome is a creative act of compassion." SPaRC was proud to join #ILOVEROMA, an event curated by Platform Architecture and Design and hosted at the Porcelanosa showroom in Rome. Our Director Francesco Lupoi represented SPaRC, contributing to a vibrant conversation on architecture, community, and the future of urban spaces. These moments of exchange are essential to our vision: building spaces that generate long-term value through quality, identity, and dialogue. SPARC ha diffuso questo post Last Friday, SPERI had the honour of welcoming a distinguished delegation from the Ministry of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to our Milan office. As a key driver of Vision 2030, the Ministry is championing culture as a catalyst for economic diversification and social transformation across the Kingdom. This visit follows our recent mission to Saudi Arabia and marks a significant step towards a collaborative framework for the design and development of impactful cultural initiatives. The conversation explored how in the cultural-heritage developments, multidisciplinary expertise, design innovation, and deep local understanding can converge to deliver meaningful, future-ready projects that resonate globally while being rooted in local identity. At SPERI, engaging with institutions, investors, and stakeholders across the Middle East reflects our long-term commitment to building bridges through design and shaping environments that contribute to cultural legacy and sustainable development. We look forward to continuing the dialogue during a forthcoming follow-up visit to the Ministry of Culture in Riyadh, reinforcing our shared vision and exploring concrete opportunities for collaboration. Proud to have joined SPERI at the event “Rigenerazione urbana: ipotesi o realtà?”, promoted by OICE at the Italian Chamber of Deputies. With the participation of our team member Cristina Labianca, we contributed to an important conversation on how dialogue, community, and quality can drive the future of our cities. Follow SPaRC for more updates on how we’re shaping urban regeneration.

Last week, SPaRC had the pleasure of visiting the Marazzi Group showroom in Rome — an inspiring space where architectural thinking, research, and material innovation converge. This encounter marked an opportunity to explore synergies between built environment design and ceramic excellence, discussing new perspectives on space, form, and the enduring impact of materials in architecture. We’re always seeking meaningful exchanges that shape the way we build and imagine the world around us.
