⏩ Il 7 ottobre a Milano abbiamo presentato “Ready to Start”, il progetto pensato per garantire continuità e stabilità al passaggio generazionale nelle imprese familiari, rivolto sia alla generazione uscente che a quella entrante di manager. 📊 Le imprese familiari, che rappresentano fino all’85% del tessuto imprenditoriale, crescono più delle altre. Per assicurarne la competitività, è essenziale valorizzare il trasferimento di competenze e valori tra generazioni. 🧭 “Ready to Start” può rappresentare l’occasione di generare crescita del business, strutturare la governance dell’azienda e sfruttare nuove opportunità di mercato con il contributo e le competenze della NextGen. Il programma propone due livelli di supporto: una fase aperta a tutte le imprese familiari interessate a pianificare il passaggio generazionale e un percorso specifico per 19 coppie di imprenditori, composto da Advisors, esperti nel passaggio generazionale, e Advisees, nuovi imprenditori. 🎓 Dallo studio dell’Università Bocconi illustrato nel corso dell'evento, con focus specifico sulle imprese familiari, è emerso come i modelli di leadership familiare siano sempre quelli più diffusi, ma continuano a ridursi evidenziando che dal 2020, è aumentata in misura significativa l’uscita di leader familiari e il conseguente coinvolgimento di leader non familiari. ✅ The rating agency Standard & Poors Ratings Services ("S&P") has upgraded UniCredit SpA's Issuer Credit Rating ("ICR") and Senior Preferred rating by one notch to 'A-' and assigned a Stable outlook. 🗞️ https://lnkd.in/da4KxE-T ⏩ This is the second upgrade by S&P this year and the rating has now been improved to one notch above the Italian sovereign. 🔍 In S&P's view, UniCredit has strengthened its business and financial profile and its buffer of bail-inable subordinated debt, leading to an 'A' "underlying" rating capped at 'A-', one notch above the sovereign.
