Italian startup Wayla Italia will launch a €1 million crowdfunding campaign to scale vanpooling across Italy. Currently active in Milan, Monza and Brianza, Wayla’s platform allows passengers to share trips during evening and nighttime hours. “In Milan, as in Rome and all the major cities of our country, there is a profound gap in the market: the lack of safe, accessible, and widely available alternatives to private transport when the sun goes down…We asked ourselves: why shouldn't there be an efficient system for those who move around after sunset in a modern city?” Wayla CEO and Co-Founder Carlo Bettini told Zag Daily. The article highlights three game-changing trends that every marketer should understand: ☝️ Virtual worlds as marketing frontiers: Platforms like Fortnite, Roblox, and Minecraft aren't just games anymore, but act like immersive marketing ecosystems where brands can create authentic experiences that resonate with Gen Alpha and Gen Z. ✌️ The rise of new forms of "advergame": We're witnessing the emergence of advertising that doesn't interrupt the experience but enhances it.
