Not working
The app is not working most of the time. Login issue with the error message can’t connect to the server. Then apple pay is not working from the app. Many things need to be improved.
The app really needs attention ASAP
The app has too many bugs, glitches all the time and has a lot of the issues, they really need to either hire their developers again to fix them up or go to those with more experience.
It’s a really bad for the company like Magti, that is supposed to be one of the top providers of this type of services related to technology, to have such unfinished and undeveloped product in use.
Magti needs to have more competent people work on this, already caused so many issues on my end.
Lagging
app struggles with major performance issues. It frequently lags, operates slowly, and often logs users out without warning, making the process of recharging accounts unnecessarily tedious. frustrative and an unreliable user experience. Urgent updates are needed to improve stability and usability.
