창의성과 기술이 만날 때, 새로운 이야기의 가능성이 열립니다. 최근 하바스코리아 멤버 오태희님이 AI 도구를 활용해 제작한 단편 영화 〈Color of Garden〉의 특별 상영회를 사내에서 진행했습니다. 이 작품은 프리다 칼로의 삶과 예술에서 영감을 받아 만들어졌으며, 감정적인 깊이와 시각적인 아름다움을 통해 기술이 예술적 표현의 경계를 어떻게 확장하는지 보여주었습니다. 더욱 뜻깊은 소식은, 〈Color of Garden〉이 지난 7월 부천국제판타스틱영화제(BIFAN)의 개막작으로 선정되었다는 점입니다. 오태희 님의 창의성과 비전이 외부에서도 인정받은 결과로, 팀 전체가 자랑스럽게 생각하고 있습니다. 오태희님께 진심으로 축하를 전하며, 앞으로도 더 많은 대담하고 영감을 주는 작업들이 이어지기를 기대합니다.   When creativity meets technology, powerful stories emerge. We recently hosted a special screening of Color of Garden, a short film created by our teammate Roy Oh using AI tools and inspired by the life and art of Frida Kahlo. With its emotional depth and visual elegance, the film showed us how technology can open new possibilities for artistic expression. 안녕하세요! 하바스코리아에서 진행 중인 리버스 멘토링 프로그램을 소개합니다 🎉 리버스 멘토링이란, 평소와는 반대로 주니어가 멘토, 시니어가 멘티가 되어 서로의 관점과 경험을 나누는 프로그램입니다. 작년 시범 운영을 거쳐, 올해 2025년부터 본격적으로 시작하게 되었습니다. 1차 멘토링은 3월~6월 진행되었고, Chill guy~ 테스트를 통해 멘토와 멘티의 찰떡궁합을 찾아 매칭했었습니다. 이번 8월부터 시작된 따끈따끈한 2차 멘토링에서는 ‘태닝동물찾기’ 테스트를 활용해 서로의 동물 MBTI를 분석하고, 그 결과를 바탕으로 멘토와 멘티를 매칭했답니다 🐯🦉 이번 2차 멘토링부터는 멘토<>멘티가 함께 수행해야 하는 미션도 추가되었는데요, 과연 멘토-멘티 커플들이 어떤 창의적인 방식으로 미션을 수행할지 벌써부터 기대가 됩니다 😎 세대 간의 벽을 허물고, 서로에게 배우는 이 멋진 여정! 하바스코리아의 리버스 멘토링, 앞으로도 많이 응원해주세요💙 Hi All, We’d like to introduce the Reverse Mentoring Program currently underway at Havas Korea 🎉 Reverse mentoring is a program where, unlike usual, junior employees become mentors and senior employees become mentees, sharing their perspectives and experiences with each other. After a pilot run last year, we officially launched the program in 2025. The first round of mentoring was held from March to June, and we matched mentors and mentees through the Chill Guy~ Test, which helped us find the perfect chemistry between participants. The second round, which just started this August, uses the Tanning Animal Finder test to analyze each participant’s animal MBTI and match them accordingly 🐯🦉 Starting from this second round, missions have also been added for mentor<>mentee pairs to complete together. We’re already excited to see how creatively each pair will carry out their mission 😎 Breaking down generational walls and learning from one another— This is the wonderful journey of reverse mentoring at Havas Korea. 🌿 The Second Havas Green Bazaar Day! 🌿 지난 7월 3일, 환경을 생각하는 작은 실천으로 두 번째 Havas Green Bazaar Day가 열렸습니다! 더 이상 사용하지 않는 물건들이 필요한 사람에게 전달되어 재사용될 수 있는 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다. 생활용품부터 옷, 직접 만든 도자기까지—누군가에겐 필요 없던 물건이 또 다른 누군가에겐 소중한 보물이 되었답니다 💚 이번 바자회에서는 판매 수익으로 모두가 함께 즐길 수 있는 공용 간식을 구매해 나눠 먹으며 따뜻하게 마무리할 수 있었습니다. 참여해주신 모든 분들께 진심으로 감사드리며, 다음 바자회에도 많은 관심과 참여 부탁드립니다! ♻️ 나눔은 곧 지속가능한 미래를 위한 첫걸음! 앞으로도 Havas는 환경을 위한 작은 실천들을 계속 이어가겠습니다 🌱 On July 3rd, we held our second Havas Green Bazaar Day—a small but meaningful step toward a more sustainable future. It was a heartwarming time where unused items found new homes and new purposes. From household goods and books to clothes and even handmade ceramics — what was no longer needed by one became a treasure for another 💚 To top it all off, the proceeds from the bazaar were used to purchase shared snacks for everyone to enjoy together, making the event even sweeter! 지난 주 목요일! 약 5년 만에 하바스코리아 워크샵을 진행했습니다. 강남과는 또 다른 매력을 가진 종로에서, 각 본부에 대해 알아보고 팀워크를 다지는 시간을 가졌어요. 고즈넉한 분위기를 즐긴 후에는 루프탑 바비큐로 하루를 마무리하며, 진짜 ‘야무진’ #HAVASDay 를 보냈답니다! 다음 #HAVASDay 도 곧 찾아오길 기대하며, 끝까지 재미있게 즐겨주신 모든 하바스코리아분들께 감사드립니다 😊 Last Thursday, we held our first Havas Korea workshop in nearly five years — and what a day it was!
