The reason he continues this work is clear. “Embedded development is an area where it’s difficult to understand everything at once, but what matters is repeating experiences of small successes and failures to grow.If you build a strong foundation and accumulate hands-on experience interacting with real hardware, even newcomers can grow into excellent developers.” He also points out that systematic mentoring and guidelines for newcomers and career changers are key tasks for the programming community. “If a mentoring system is established that connects experienced developers with beginners so they can grow together, not only individuals but also organizations can continuously strengthen their technical capabilities and competitiveness.” Today, he serves as a QA and Test Manager in the field of automotive application development, ensuring the quality and reliability of systems that people rely on every day.
