Recently, Jayasai Goutheman, Technical Lead at Creative Software, represented the company on the judging panel at the finals of IDEALIZE 2025, an island- wide mobile app and web development competition organized by AIESEC at the University of Moratuwa.   As a Gold Partner of this event, we had the privilege of supporting and celebrating the incredible talent and creativity of young innovators.   👏 A heartfelt thank you to Jayasai for his contribution and for inspiring the next generation of tech leaders!

Last week, our Cognite team took a well- deserved break and escaped to the hills for a refreshing offsite retreat 🌿 Away from the usual hustle, they recharged, reconnected, and shared some unforgettable moments together. Here’s to teamwork, good vibes, and new energy to take on what’s ahead!

Last week, our Spark Date took an exciting turn as our talented interns Viraj Samarasinghe, Sudesh Thashmika, and Pubudu Shehan took the stage to introduce their innovative project: Trixy AI - an AI-powered companion designed to transform the workplace by helping you manage smarter, accelerate learning and teaching, and achieve much more.   👏 A huge shoutout to their mentors, Umesh Dissanayaka and Duleepa Pelpitiya, our Technical Leads at Creative Software, for their invaluable guidance and for nurturing the next generation of innovators.   We couldn’t be more excited to see how Trixy AI grows from here - the future of tech is looking brighter than ever! 🚀
