Conducted a comprehensive research project to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a mobile-based digital ticketing and real-time GPS tracking system in Sri Lanka’s public bus sector. Applied mixed-methods research (surveys and interviews) to gather insights from passengers, conductors, and operators.
