📍 Location: Chicago, Minnesota, Ohio

💰 Salary: Circa $300k - $350k OTE (50/50)

Scout Global is partnering with a super exciting Identity business who has innovative technology and are changing the game with AI usage. We are looking to expand the team with the first Enterprise Account Executive for the Midwest region. A proven track record of successful Enterprise sales is needed, a self-starter that can create net new pipeline with a strong Hunter Mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and define sales strategies and develop the Midwest region.
• Experience working for an Identity based Cyber Security business.
• Self starter - ability to create pipeline from scratch
• Manage and support the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain and document a detailed sales pipeline, including forecasts, prospect information, current opportunities, and future activities.

Qualifications:

• Must have sold Cyber Security and Identity products.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales.
• Self-starter, autonomous, ability to work independently and remotely while also contributing as a valuable member of the team.
• Demonstrated success in managing the sales lifecycle and achieving sales goals.
• Proven track record in new business development and prospecting.
• Strong technical understanding of industry-related technologies is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
