Goodwork is recruiting for an American-based trauma-informed coaching practice specializing in relationship healing.
What makes this opportunity interesting?
🌱 Join a remote-first business that's pioneering emotional wellness through innovative approaches
🔄 Work at the intersection of masculine and feminine energy healing and trauma recovery
✨ Be part of a mission to heal marriages by focusing on individual growth and transformation
About the Company
We’re a coaching practice specializing in helping men and women navigate childhood trauma through masculine and feminine energetic frameworks. Our mission: Healing marriages one individual at a time. We believe true healing happens when each person addresses their own patterns and wounds separately—not by focusing on the relationship itself.
We transform lives through:
A 6-month one-on-one coaching program with bi-weekly sessions and customized fieldwork, guiding clients to recognize patterns like people-pleasing or controlling tendencies as expressions of wounded energy.
Exclusive 2:2 private retreats for couples in luxury settings.
Self-paced courses on core concepts like polarity healing and nervous system regulation. Women clients also gain access to a female-only community for additional support.
Coming April 2025: We’re launching a membership program to make our teachings more accessible.
Our global clients, typically in their 30s to 60s, often come to us as a last resort after years of traditional therapy. They initially seek to “save their marriage” but soon discover the journey is about their own healing and taking radical personal responsibility for transformation.
We’re pioneering new frameworks in relationship healing, including our “inverted marriage dynamic” concept, now being adopted by the wider coaching community. Therapists and psychologists not only refer clients to us—they engage our services themselves, a powerful validation of our approach to healing the root causes of relationship struggles.
OUR COMPANY VALUES guide our team and shape our culture:
💗Lead with Love: Begin with self-compassion and extend it outward
🌱 Be Curious Before Critical: Approach challenges with openness rather than judgment
👂 Practice Full Presence Listening: Give undivided attention to truly understand
🌟 Seek the Lesson, Not the Loss: Find growth opportunities in every experience
⚖️ Just Because I Can, Doesn't Mean I Should: Exercise thoughtful restraint
📚 Be a Learner, Not a Knower: Embrace continuous growth mindset
💭 Share Wisdom, Not Advice: Offer perspective without imposing solutions
🛡️ Take Nothing Personal: Recognize reactions often reveal others' wounds, not your worth
🤝 Celebrate and Mourn Together as One: Share authentically in both joys and sorrows
⚡ Choose Action Over Anxiety: Transform worry into purposeful movement
We're a fully remote organization headquartered in Tennessee (just outside Nashville) with 2 founders who are partners in business, life, and love. While most of our work happens virtually, we do conduct exclusive in-person retreats for clients.
Our culture balances decisive action with thoughtful process – we're ferocious about moving forward, taking risks, and being decisive (masculine energy), while honoring intuition, discernment, and alignment (feminine energy). We hold people accountable with grace, passion, love, and directness. We don't micromanage, but we do expect radical personal responsibility and clear communication.
About the Role
We're looking for a remote Client Experience Specialist to serve as the vital connection between our coaches and clients, creating a seamless, supportive experience throughout their healing journey. You'll be the primary touchpoint for clients who have invested in life-changing ways to survive and thrive.
In this role, you'll provide extraordinary care through managing client communications, handling logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring clients feel safe and valued. You'll help create separation between the client-facing logistics and our coaches' transformational work, allowing them to focus entirely on healing while you handle everything else with grace and precision.
This position requires someone who understands our unique language and approach to emotional health. We need a progressive, confident professional who's doing their own inner work—not just someone taking care of customers who bought a widget. You must grasp the confidentiality and sensitivity required when working with individuals during vulnerable moments. Everything falls apart if our clients don't feel safe and secure.
Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3-5 years of experience in Client Care, Community Management, Operations Coordination or Event Management. You excel at managing client communications, organizing complex logistics, and creating polished materials with meticulous attention to detail. You're tech-savvy and capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining pristine standards. Beyond these technical skills, you're actively involved in your own personal development journey, giving you firsthand understanding of our clients' vulnerability. You communicate with exceptional empathy, hold space with grace, and see yourself as a contributor to reducing emotional trauma worldwide. Working with you feels refreshing and collaborative—you help others feel seen, heard, and supported in everything you do.
You're actively involved in your own personal development journey through therapy, coaching, or other healing modalities, giving you firsthand understanding of the vulnerability and courage our clients experience. You work independently with confidence, lead with solutions, and communicate proactively.
Your performance will be measured by positive client feedback, attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and your ability to free up our Founders’ time while the organization runs smoothly.
You'll collaborate closely with both founders. This position reports directly to the Founders.
You’ll be doing things like:
Client Experience Management: Responding to client inquiries within 24 hours; serving as an extension of our coaches for client communications; creating a sense of safety and care in all interactions; managing appointment scheduling with immediacy; providing seamless access to resources.
Sales & Onboarding Support: Transforming intake form data on masculine/feminine energy audits into polished Canva deliverables; identifying core energy patterns and healing priorities from questionnaires; coordinating welcome packages; helping female clients join our women’s only community; managing enrollment emails and platforms.
Retreat Coordination: Providing white-glove coordination of luxury couple retreats; researching accommodations and coordinating with private chefs; managing travel arrangements and special amenities; preparing materials and detailed schedules; facilitating on-site logistics and post-retreat feedback.
Content & Community Management: Uploading coaching call recordings to private YouTube vaults; generating and editing transcripts for sessions and courses; helping transition our community from Facebook Groups to Circle/Skool; maintaining absolute confidentiality with sensitive client information.
Membership Program Support: Helping with our April 2025 membership program launch; collaborating with our outsourced Kajabi implementation team; providing customer support to membership clients; helping manage community interactions and technical questions.
Systems Development: Creating and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs); building business playbooks for consistent client experience; implementing efficient systems that allow our coaches to focus on transformation rather than administration.
