Texas Infrastructure Finance Institute is being launched. Texas is refactoring global finance, integrating all the pillars within the CONTINUUM of Innovation Capital. Texas has a State ETF with Texas Capital, Texas Legacy Funds, the Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE), a Texas Sovereign Fund under development, Next Wave Partners Venture Studios, Federal Infrastructure Bank, and our Texas Bullion Depository. The CONTINUUM of Innovation Capital is mobilizing our pension funds into Texas innovation and infrastructure to establish Texas as the epicenter of Industry 4.0 The CONTINUUM of Innovation Capital aligns Innovation funds with Infrastructure Investment that has been developed over the last 4-years by infrastructure investors, private equity, and federal agencies. This is to leverage non-dilutive capital, economic development zones, and new policy/tax codes on capital gains. The CONTINUUM of Innovation Capital is refactoring innovation capital for the 21st century. Establishing an Infrastructure Finance Institute is helping to mobilize $billions of private capital into building resilient infrastructure in the United States. - Collaborating around the business models for underwriting and operating Intelligent Infrastructure Economic Zones and creating new Asset Classes. - Combining a Master Limited Partnership (MLP) with a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) to establish the Master Infrastructure PINN Partnership (MIPP). - The CONTINUUM of Innovation Capital is strategically aligned with Infrastructure and Project Finance.
