Pavan Dasari leads the company’s global quality and compliance functions, ensuring regulatory excellence and a continued focus on patient safety. Before joining Ritedose, Pavan served as Senior Director of Quality Control and Quality Assurance at Catalent Biologics, where he led teams of over 300 professionals supporting global aseptic operations, biologics development, and analytical testing. He has extensive experience guiding organizations through FDA inspections, customer audits, and global regulatory reviews, and is widely recognized for his operational expertise and patient-first focus. Pavan believes in leading with humility, investing in the development of people, and maintaining a clear focus on patient needs. His values align closely with Ritedose’s mission of accountability, excellence, and working for the greater good.
Outside of work, Pavan and his wife of 17 years have two sons, ages 16 and 9. They enjoy tennis, golf, and time at the beach. Pavan is also an avid reader and enjoys cooking Caribbean, Italian, and Indian cuisine.
