🔐 fundcraft is now ISO/IEC 27001:2023 certified for information security. The certification covers the design, development, and maintenance of our digital platform for fund administration, confirming that our infrastructure meets internationally recognised standards for protecting sensitive data. A small update that reflects a big part of how we work.

📊 New milestone: fundcraft now acts as AIFM for over 100 Luxembourg-domiciled funds. As part of our core offering including digital-native Central Administration, our clients may also appoint fundcraft as their third party, authorised AIFM, covering both Private Equity and Fund of Funds (FoF) strategies. The AIFM subscription, which comes on top of our standard offer covering Central Administration, is a product appreciated by fund managers who are seeking to distribute their fund easily within the EU and who are seeking an extra layer of regulatory oversight. We currently support over 220+ Luxembourg-domiciled funds on our platform. For more than 100 of those, we provide full third-party AIFM operations. For the rest, we work alongside either the client’s in-house AIFM (as authorised AIFM or through the subthreshold regime) or an appointed third-party AIFM, provided they operate within the fundcraft way of working, on our platform. Our AIFM functions are led by Michel Godefroid, Fabio Triolo and Maxime Lhuire, and include full regulatory oversight, portfolio management, marketing and distribution, risk management, and valuation, at scale and without outsourcing to third parties. The valuation function, led by Fabio Triolo and his team, is fully documented on our platform, combining expert-led oversight with connected technology. The fundcraft platform centralizes relevant valuation data into a single source of truth, enabling faster retrieval of valuation inputs and audit-ready outputs. Our AIFM team leverages market data sources like S&P Capital IQ Pro and benefits from automated ingestion and formatting of fund-of-funds data—removing friction from even the most complex structures. And because the process is digitised end-to-end, transparency is built in: stakeholders—including clients, depositaries, and auditors—can access valuation records in real time, all in the same place where NAV packages, transfer agency, capital calls, and more are managed. We cover valuation methodologies corresponding to the investments type, ensuring alignment with the specificities of VC, PE or FoF funds.  💡 Traditional valuation processes are often one of the most costly and fragmented areas of fund operations, and as regulatory and audit scrutiny continues to tighten, these inefficiencies are only becoming more exposed. 1,400+ km later, I made it to Girona. Finished the ride in 9 days instead of 10. When you catch some tailwind, you push. Highlights? Reaching the seaside at La Grande-Motte, climbing the Col de Banyuls with a 25kg bike… and only one puncture the whole way. Disconnecting fully was mind-blowing and rewarding. Day 5/10. Halfway there. 610 km behind me, 140 more planned for today. Legs are holding up, the bike’s heavy, and some pain is definitely creeping in, but the landscapes make up for it. Bourgogne has been absolutely stunning. Last night I stayed in Uchizy with a close friend (grateful for the rest and the company). Today, I’ll be following the Saône River through Mâcon, into Lyon, and then onto the Rhône, finishing the day in Vienne, part of the beautiful Vallée du Rhône region. Off we go 🚴♂️ Today marks the start of my 1,400+ km cycling challenge over 10 days, from Luxembourg to Girona, to raise money for the Founder Mental Health Pledge. I’m grateful to everyone who has donated so far.
