The result? Files pile up. Content gets harder to manage. That’s the pain the SharePoint Knowledge Agent aims to solve. - Ask it in plain English: “Group documents by category.” It builds the view for you. - Say: “Email the owner 30 days before the review date.” The rule is created automatically. No digging through menus. No manual setup. Just libraries that finally work the way you need them to. I recorded a quick walkthrough showing both features in action.

🛑How to Turn off SharePoint Agents? After last week's video about block AI Agents in Microsoft 365, I received a question: "What about SharePoint Agents?". Previously presented solution blocking access to Copilot AI Agents in Copilot Chat, but does not limit access to SharePoint Agents. Microsoft 365 Copilot delivers SharePoint Agents as part of its great functionality. Creating a new AI Agent in SharePoint is super easy, and many organizations do not want to use it till proper deployment and training are in place. In the video, I'm presenting two ways to block SharePoint Agents: first, the solution recommended by Microsoft, which I do not recommend, and another way to turn off Agents for selected users. If granting access to a table in your data platform still means emailing around for approval. I have some good news for you: you can now click on an object and hit the “Request Access” button in a similar way to SharePoint. Here’s how it works: - Email Destinations: Send access request details to one or more email addresses. - External Destinations: Route requests to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or any system that accepts incoming webhooks (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). - Redirect URL Destination: Redirect users to your organization’s external access request system instead of the in-product form. 💡 Pro tip: Admins can even set catalog owners as the default destination for all catalogs via a single toggle in the workspace admin page. 👉 To use the request button, users just need the BROWSE privilege. Why this matters: Access governance is often one of the biggest blockers for data teams. By embedding access requests into the product, Databricks simplifies this process.
