We successfully executed several key projects supporting maritime operations across Libya: Anwar Afriqya Cargo Tanker – Repair of the cargo control system after control room damage, allowing the safe and efficient unloading of diesel fuel. Al-Hani Tugboat (Zueitina Operations) – Emergency intervention to solve tugboat control malfunctions, including full review of documentation, on-site repairs, and return to service. Misurata Free Zone – Conducted a complete engine inspection and technical report for tugboat units to verify operational condition and performance readiness. “A Milestone for ICME: Natural Gas Firing System Installation at LISCO Lime Plant (2022)” ICME proudly completed a major milestone at the LISCO Lime Plant with the installation of the Natural Gas firing system, marking a key step in modernizing the plant and enhancing operational efficiency. Beyond the main gas system, the project included comprehensive upgrades across the plant. The gas pipeline, pressure reducing station, and two dedicated gas racks—one for each kiln—were installed along with new supporting platforms. Start-up burners, complete with lances and all necessary connections, were integrated seamlessly into the firing system. The electrical and control systems were fully upgraded, including PLC panels for both kilns and the handling unit, VFD motor control panels for combustion and cooling air, MCCs, UPS systems, and all associated cabling. Critical instrumentation for temperature, flow, pressure, and safety interlocks was installed under LISCO supervision, ensuring reliable and safe operations across the plant.
