Add links to sidebar

Hello,

I would like to add a custom link to the sidebar, but I’m not sure how to do it. I’d like to include something like this:

https://meta.discourse.org/u/{{username}}/preferences/profile

Is this possible? If so, how can I implement it?

https://meta.discourse.org/my/preferences/profile

On sidebar should work /my/preferences/profile too, if I remember right.
