This question was the focus of the specialist lectures of our colleagues Frederico Hirota and Jessica Santana at the SAE Carbody Symposium in São Paulo, one of the most important industry meetings of the automotive industry in South America. At the booth, we also presented our door ring technology: A strong example of innovation, precision and efficiency. Manufactured by hot forming with different material thicknesses in a single process step, it directly contributes to more sustainable vehicle production. The exchange with industry experts has been a valuable opportunity for us to bring our decades of expertise and work together on solutions for tomorrow's mobility.

The company says that this process reduces end-turn height, resulting in a more compact structure and improved space utilization—considerations relevant for manufacturers working to optimize packaging in high-density EV drivetrain environments.
