We’re proud to share that Gamuda Australia — in joint venture with DT Infrastructure — has been appointed by Transport for NSW to deliver the Richmond Road upgrade between the M7 Motorway and Townson Road in north-west Sydney. This critical project will help unlock the potential of Sydney’s North West Growth Area, one of the city’s fastest-growing regions, earmarked for major housing, employment, and infrastructure development. Richmond Road is a key arterial link for commuters and freight travelling between Blacktown and Windsor. Currently, more than 89,000 vehicles use the Richmond Road and Rooty Hill Road North intersection each day, resulting in heavy congestion and slow travel times that impact communities and businesses. The upgrade will ease congestion, improve traffic flow, and strengthen connectivity across the north-west — supporting population growth and enhancing liveability for local communities. Key features include: 🚗 Widening Richmond Road with an additional lane in each direction 🚧 A new flyover bridge connecting the M7 Motorway off-ramp to Richmond Road northbound, bypassing two sets of traffic lights 🚲 Relocated pedestrian and cycle paths, including a new concrete bridge over Bells Creek 🚍 Continued support for public transport through dedicated bus lanes 🚦 Intersection upgrades at Hollinsworth Road, Townson Road, Langford Drive, Alderton Drive, Rooty Hill Road North and the M7 ramps For more information about the project, click here https://lnkd.in/grT39iSV #Gamuda #GamudaAustralia #DTInfrastructure #TfNSW #Engineering #UrbanGrowth #Construction #GlobalExpertise #LocalDelivery

  • Gamuda Land continues to strengthen its footprint in the United Kingdom with the acquisition of a prime site at 14 Marshgate Lane in Stratford, London. The 321-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development marks Gamuda Land’s first fully self-developed and managed PBSA in the UK, located within walking distance of UCL East and the London College of Fashion. This project is targeted to be completed during the Academic Year 2028/2029. With this addition, Gamuda Land now manages a growing PBSA portfolio of 1,232 beds across London and Glasgow, including Press House in Woolwich (419 beds) and City Wharf in Glasgow (492 beds). These developments reflect our strategic ambition to deliver up to 3,000 student beds across key UK cities in the next 5 years. This milestone reinforces Gamuda Land’s commitment to sustainable growth, quality design and long-term investment in key international markets, aligned with our vision to create lasting value for communities and stakeholders. #Gamuda #GamudaLand #GamudaLandUK #PBSA #SustainableDevelopment

Innovation is in our DNA here at Gamuda — and it’s just been recognised! 🏗️ 🏆 We’re thrilled to announce that Gamuda Australia, together with our partners John Holland and Edwards Heavy Lift, have been named Innovation Award Winners 2025 at The Crane Industry Council of Australia (CICA) conference in Brisbane on Friday. The award celebrates the team behind the Super T Girder Access Platform (GAP) — a groundbreaking solution that’s transforming bridge construction on the M1 Black Hill to Tomago Extension project. The GAP provides a safer, more efficient way to access lift points on Super T girders, eliminating the need for elevated work platforms and reducing manual handling risks. The result? A 75% boost in installation rates and minimal traffic disruption. Praised by riggers for its simplicity and reliability, the GAP is a shining example of engineering ingenuity and collaboration — and a proud reflection of Gamuda’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation. Making this award even more special was the fact that all attendees voted on the award winners, which highlights the industry’s appreciation for an idea that improves safety, productivity and demonstrates potential for broader impact. Well done to the entire M1 team, and particularly those who helped make this a reality, Dean Tauasa, Ben Kiernan, Charles Ewin, Sal Salamone and Stuart Edwards. #GamudaAustralia #CICA2025 #InnovationAward #EngineeringExcellence #JohnHolland #EdwardsHeavyLift #ConstructionInnovation

DT Infrastructure is taking concrete steps in advancing the clean energy transition through the delivery of key renewable energy infrastructure. They are applying their engineering and delivery expertise to the renewables sector, undertaking large-scale projects such as the Goulburn River Solar Farm. Once complete, this project will power approximately 225,000 homes and is expected to cut up to 910,000 tonnes of carbon emissions each year. Through these projects, DTI is contributing to Australia’s efforts under the Paris Agreement, supporting the nation’s goal of achieving a 43% reduction in emissions by 2030 and moving closer toward a sustainable, low-carbon future. • Congratulations to DT Infrastructure together with CPB Contractors on the successful delivery and opening of the Mount Street underpass as part of the Warringah Freeway upgrade. Built ‘upside down’ with the roof constructed first to keep pedestrians moving safely above during excavation — the 46.6-metre-long citybound connection to the Cahill Expressway will ease congestion and benefit over 10,000 motorists daily, improving access to City East, the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney Airport. #Gamuda #DTInfrastructure #TransportInfrastructure #EngineeringExcellence

DT Infrastructure, in partnership with CPB Contractors, delivered the Mount Street underpass and celebrated its opening with Transport for NSW on 5 September 2025. The 46.6-metre-long underpass has been built to provide a dedicated access for Cahill Expressway motorists travelling to City East, Eastern Suburbs and Sydney Airport. The underpass was constructed by excavating more than 3000 cubic metres of sandstone and rock, brought to life by advanced engineering technology that completed the excavation in just 22 days. Built 'upside down' next to live traffic lanes, the roof of the structure was constructed first, allowing pedestrians to continue using Mount Street without detours during the tunnel excavation. NSW Minister for Roads, the Hon. Jenny Aitchison MP, who opened the underpass said, “The Mount Street underpass is the latest, vital piece of the Warringah Freeway puzzle which will help to make the freeway more reliable and efficient, and an easier and safer road to drive on.” DT Infrastructure is proud to provide infrastructure that supports Sydney's growing population and rising transportation needs. #DTInfrastructure #MajorRoadUpgrades #TransportInfrastructure
