In conjunction with World Mental Health Day, IOI Properties Group hosted the return of our annual initiative, the Mind & Mingle 2.0 Carnival – Unplug: A Day for Your Mind at IOI City Tower 2 on 10 October 2025. Mr. Teh Chin Guan, Group Chief Operating Officer – Property Development (Malaysia), officiated the event, stressing that mental health is a crucial element of our overall well-being. He reaffirmed the Group's dedication to its four core well-being pillars: mental, physical, financial, and social. This year’s event marked the launch of the Group's new Mental Health First Aider Certification Programme, led by the Group People & Culture (GPC) team. A total of 19 participants from IOIPG received the certification, which will be valid for three years. They will now serve as mental health first aiders, providing support and guidance to colleagues experiencing mental health challenges through early intervention and referring them to professional assistance when further care is needed. The day-long event was filled with engaging activities organised by GPC, which included talks, traditional games, relaxing massage sessions, batik painting, and a lively dance fitness wrap-up, all designed to promote self-care and connection. Mind & Mingle 2.0 Carnival – Unplug: A Day for Your Mind demonstrates the Group's committment to enhance employee well-being by promoting mental health awareness and creating a caring, supportive work environment.

On 13 October 2025, IOI Properties Group (IOIPG) added another prestigious award to its stable for its Integrated Annual Report 2024 as it was notified by the International Annual Report Design Awards (IADA) Committee that IOIPG had won Gold award for Integrated Presentation under the Real Estate Development Category at the IADA 2025 in United Kingdom. IADA is an award programme that celebrates excellence in annual report designs, attracting over hundreds of entries worldwide this year, such as Sunway Construction Group Berhad, Kerry Properties Limited, Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, China Mobile and more. IOIPG is honoured to be recognised for the outstanding design and presentation of its Integrated Annual Report 2024. On 1 October 2025, IOI Properties Group Berhad has been recognised with the Gold Award in the Property Sector under the Public Listed Company (PLC) Category at The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards 2025, which collaborated with Bursa Malaysia and its global index provider FTSE Russell to recognise the best ESG performers among public-listed companies. This marks a proud achievement for the third year in row, in recognition of the IOIPG’s steadfast commitment to sustainability. The award was proudly accepted by Mr. Ho Kwok Wing, Director - Property Development (Central Region). The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards 2025 was officiated by Minister of Finance (II), Senator Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan, and attended by leaders across Malaysia’s corporate and financial sectors. This proud achievement is largely attributed to the Group’s FTSE4Good ESG rating of 4.3 out of 5, demonstrating IOIPG’s strong commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices and reflecting our ongoing efforts to uphold excellence in Economic, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices. Additionally, IOIPG (Real Estate Subsector) is ranked among the top 3 percent globally, placing us among the world’s leading real estate companies within our subsector. These recognitions underscore our continuous efforts to embed sustainability across all aspects of our operations, from developing green buildings and driving low-carbon initiatives to fostering inclusive communities and maintaining strong governance. On 23 September 2025, IOI Properties Group was awarded the Highest Growth In Profit After Tax Over Three Years under the Property (RM3 billion and above market capitalisation) category at The Edge Billion Ringgit Club (BRC) 2025, which was graced by Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah and Duli Yang Maha Mulia Tengku Permaisuri Selangor, Tengku Permaisuri Hajah Norashikin as the guests of honour at St. Regis Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. This award by The Edge Billion Ringgit Club 2025 honours the best performing and top responsible public listed companies with at least RM1 billion market capitalisation as at end-March 2025. IOI Properties Group, among other public-listed companies, were evaluated on the criteria of growth in profit, return on equity and total return to shareholders over a rolling three-year period, plus corporate responsibility commitments for the BRC awards based on each sector on Bursa Malaysia. This notable award affirms IOIPG as a Trusted. Group, demonstrating its ability to maintain robust financial performance as well as its continuous efforts to create value for the stakeholders.

On 15 September 2025, a new stair climbing record with the title “Longest Non-Stop Stair Climbing Relay Session in a Shopping Mall” in the Malaysia Book of Records at our very own IOI Mall Damansara. This milestone was achieved during the Step The Stairs Challenge, organised by IOI Mall Damansara in collaboration with the Malaysia Towerrunning Association (MTA). The 12-hour non-stop challenge ran from 9.00am to 9.00pm at the MRT Staircase interconnecting between Surian IOI Mall Damansara MRT Station and IOI Mall Damansara. Soh Wai Ching, Founder of MTA, made a special appearance during the Step The Stairs Challenge. As Malaysia’s Towerrunning World Champion and the World’s No.1 Towerrunner, he inspired others to join in. A total of 28 dedicated challenge runners, along with casual participants from all walks of life, took part in the challenge. Stair climbing is an exercise that not only supports physical fitness but also enhances mental resilience. This record-breaking challenge was designed to raise health awareness within the community, encouraging Malaysians to take simple yet impactful steps towards healthier lifestyles.
