LES represents the warehouse management function of Apriso FlexNet while MES represent the manufacturing execution of Apriso FlexNet. My role in this project was leading a team implement SAP Decentralized Warehouse Management and SAP Process Management. For Decentralized Warehouse Management, the team configured and developed the warehouses, the related function modules and custom development for stock and batch determination, and the distribution model. For Process Management, the team configured and developed the control recipes and process instruction, the function modules and development to derive characteristics, the process messages needed for managing the process orders, and custom functions to determinedefault values for the process messages. In addition, we coordinate with team that manage the SAP PI (Process Intergartion) to connect the ERP with Aprisio FlexNet and implement specific mapping logic between the two systems.
