Why Most QA Freshers Fail Interviews (And How I’m Fixing It) I bombed an interview last week. Not because I didn’t know the answers but because I couldn’t explain them clearly. The truth: Knowing theory ≠ Explaining it with confidence. So I rebuilt my prep strategy using the “Explain Like I’m 5” rule. If a 5-year-old can understand my example, an interviewer definitely can.
