    Initiated Electricity energy saving projects which consist of
    1)Down sizing of plant 1 cooling tower - (ROI - less than 3 years). Annual saving of RM 30,000
    2) Centralized process cooling pipe system at plant 2 (Factory A& B) - (ROI -less than 2 years) Annual saving of RM 28,000
    3) Reduce of redundant compressed air pressure to the factory - Annual saving of RM 48,000
    Summary : Initiated Electricity energy saving projects close to RM 200,000 per annum within 3 years

    1) Established new safety and health committee which comprises employer and employee's representative
    2) Established new Emergency Response team and their job responsibilities for 3 rotating shift.
    3) Established (HIRARC) to identify the hazards , assess the risk and control the risk
    4) Established new safety & health policy and target.
    5) Conduct safety and health promotion to reduce accident rate for safer workplace to reduce operation cost.

    1) Attended training of understanding , documenting and implementing 9001 & 14001 training to know the overview of ISO .
    2) Established mandatory policy , procedures and checklist.
    3) Conducted Internal audit and prepare audit report.
    4)Prepare for certification body audit.
