重新設定 indent ..

有時候改人家的 code，為了讓 tab, space, mixing 的 ident 風格 (還有人用 2 space 的 ident..)
可以整齊，就要調整 vi 的 ident 格式..

" a combination of spaces and tabs are " used to simulate tab stops at a width " other than the (hard)tabstop set softtabstop=4
