New Milestone Unlocked! We just expanded Aurora’s vision into the thermal spectrum. For the first time, Aurora takes flight equipped with our new thermal imaging camera, enabling detection of heat signatures even in complete darkness, smoke, or dense terrain. This upgrade transforms search and rescue operations, enabling responders to locate missing persons faster, identify hotspots in emergencies, and see through conditions where human eyes or standard cameras can’t. Our Aurora systems support core functions like: Inspection: Identifying critical heat signatures. Thermal cameras detect infrared radiation, basically, heat patterns emitted by surfaces. When scanning a solar panel array, healthy cells maintain uniform temperatures, while faulty or underperforming cells dissipate more energy as heat, appearing as "hot spots" in the thermal image. Fire Service: Rapid triage and navigation in zero visibility. Public Safety: Enhancing night-time surveillance and Search & Rescue efforts. This includes efficiently combing large areas like forests for missing persons, even in darkness or through foliage.
