𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 Two years ago, 𝗠𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗰𝗸 joined us at Aquaja, looking for a fresh challenge after working as a school concierge. He started as a warehouse assistant, but during his trial period he expressed interest in production and installation work — and that turned out to be a great decision. Fast forward two years: Maurice is now one of our 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀, contributing to some of our largest projects across Europe. Just last month, he completed installations for two large Fressnapf stores in Eastern Germany, and next month he’ll be off to install a major garden centre in the UK together with his colleagues. Today, we are proud to announce that Maurice has signed a permanent contract at Aquaja — a well-deserved milestone! Maurice: “I really love my work at Aquaja. I’m happy with the personal growth I’ve achieved over the past two years. In addition to the extensive aquatics department, we are also developing a brand-new pet department. After a comprehensive design phase in collaboration with Garden Centre Manager Mark Shaw and his team of professionals, we are now finalizing the details. The new pet department will feature a large reptile section—including some spectacular additions yet to be revealed—alongside dedicated areas for small animals and birds. We look forward to completing the final preparations and beginning construction on this next phase. 𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗝𝗔 𝗨𝗣𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗦 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗦 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗨𝗜𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗠 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗦 After renewing the pond and small animals departments in recent years, we were excited to work with Tuincentrum Daniëls again—this time on their aquatics department. At the end of 2023, Tuincentrum Daniels approached us with a challenge: their existing units required extensive maintenance, leading to inefficiencies in daily operations. We advised them on a new filtration system that reduces maintenance and gives their team more time to help customers. The result? A modern and efficient aquatics department, now equipped with automated water refreshment and other smart solutions.
