Pushing through the finish line… straight into a storm! 🌧️🏃♂️ Some highly motivated members of TeamNexperia recently took on the Infront B2Run GmbH event in Munich, a scenic 5.7k run through the Olympic village. As if on cue, a big storm rolled in just as our last runners crossed the finish line.   Some got lucky with dry skies, others got the full rainstorm experience. But no one was discouraged. If anything, it added to the sense of accomplishment.   👏 A huge shout-out to everyone who ran, cheered, and showed what true team energy looks like, come rain or shine!

Protecting high-speed USB4 and Thunderbolt interfaces requires more than just ESD suppression. From classroom to cleanroom: Gymnasium Marienthal visits TeamNexperia Hamburg!   We recently welcomed students from Gymnasium Marienthal for an exclusive company visit at our Hamburg site – organized in collaboration with www.nordbord.de - die Community für MINT-Talente. After a behind-the-scenes tour of our high-tech production area and personal career stories from apprentices and dual students, participants took part in the interactive workshop "The Big Launch": a hands-on experience in industrial product development designed to spark interest in STEM careers. In just two hours, these young talents explored how innovation is born from customer needs, technical precision, and creative teamwork – all guided by our values: Passion. Professionalism. Perseverance. Performance. 👏 Organizing these events is no small task, so we would like to thank Katrin Riege for putting in the work to make this happen. 🥳 Celebrating Achievements: TeamNexperia Malaysia Educational Excellence Award 2025 The Nexperia Educational Excellence Award 2025 truly blossomed into an unforgettable evening dedicated to shining a spotlight on the remarkable achievements of our employees’ dependents. This year, we proudly recognized 24 brilliant students who excelled in the 2024 SPM examination, joined by their proud parents—each eager to celebrate their children’s hard-earned success.   The celebration was officially kicked off by Harith Alvin Abdullah, our Vice President & General Manager of Nexperia Malaysia. His inspiring words set a heartfelt tone for the evening, creating a ripple of excitement and pride throughout the room. In a touching moment, the award recipients were invited to hug their parents—a gesture of gratitude for the unwavering support and encouragement given throughout the challenging examination period.   As everyone enjoyed a delightful hi-tea spread, the venue buzzed with laughter, conversation, and the soft glow of pastel colors. This year’s theme, “Pop of Pastels,” transformed the space into a cheerful and colorful setting that lifted everyone’s spirits.   A line tour with a scavenger hunt mission, trivia time, and mystery gift giveaways added to the fun, bringing parents and children together through shared laughter and friendly competition.
