𝗛𝗲𝘆, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗦𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗲👋 Taking over BAM’s feed today to give you a little behind-the-scenes of my week as an intern here! Walking into BAM on Monday morning, I had no idea what to expect. I was excited, nervous, curious — all at once. But from the moment we stepped in, the vibe was clear: this was a place full of energy, creativity, and genuinely kind people. The week started off with introductions — and not just the usual “name and role” type. The team made time to really welcome us in, ask about us, show us around, and make sure we felt part of it all from the very beginning By day two, we were creating social media content — real stuff. Not just a mock-up or side project, but an actual post that would go out into the world. Seeing how much intention goes into every word, every visual, and how closely everything ties into BAM’s tone and story... that was something I hadn’t really realized before. On Wednesday, we wrote an article. It was about a sport club for people with a disability, seeing how much BAM cared about these people made me realize wat a special place this is. It also really showed me that much more goes on behind the scenes of a construction company and that it is not only building roads, but also communicating and connecting with people. Somewhere between assignments, Teams calls, coffee breaks (with a lot of forced Easter eggs(not that I mind)), and laughing way too hard about my love for bacon, I realized what surprised me most: how safe it felt to ask questions. To give ideas. To not know something. To be new and young in a professional space. —That is rare, and it means a lot. So yeah — this week? It’s been full of firsts and full of learning. Thank you BAM for letting me be part of it! 💬❤️ #InternshipDiaries #MyWeekAtBAM #CreativeInternship #Grateful
