Corpay today announced it has reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition of Alpha Group, a leading provider of B2B cross-border FX solutions in the UK and Europe. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to shareholder and regulatory approval.
