How can Agile web development increase user loyalty?
The shorter & modular iterations are one of those key benefits/ advantages of using Agile. When there is feedback loop which is that short as couple of weeks, it creates an efficacious connect with customer. It charts of proving your empathy towards customer, effectively embed user research in form of personas, accommodate feedback in form of retrospectives are some of few productive avenues by means of which project heads to right direction with greater chance of success. More importantly, it opens multiple other avenues by which consultants gain priceless & quick insights about business processes. Indeed, that adds values in subsequent sprints & hence enforcing & contributing and building a trusted advisory relationship with the customer.

How can you guarantee your solution architecture is scalable?
In my own experience, I have witnessed many such instances where Solution Architecture was immensely encountered obstacles owing to the very fact that it is having such elements which were never designed with consideration that at some point of time the entire architecture would be subjected to scalability. However, the thought of accomplishing scalable architecture must start with some of the elementary considerations such as : -break any kind of monolith present intrinsically within solution disregarding of whatever big effort it would be demanding! -refactor the relatively older module and/or coding block with due attention. -extensive regression testing to gain meaningful insights about the entire code base. -Promote culture of SOA.
