    Assessment for learning was an ongoing project to create opportunities for students’ feedback, which is then incorporated to improve online teaching and learning.

  • Student Support and Retention

    This project was a data informed initiative to return students to their programs who took academic break within one calendar year. As a project leader I launched, monitored and coordinator new student support and retention campaigns. My team identified challenges and offered unique solutions which significantly increased re-enrollments against agreed KPIs.

  • Cross-Institutional Enrolment

    As a lead admissions specialist, I examined students’ applications for potential cross-institutional enrolment. Based on students' portfolios, I designed enrollment tracks for alternative study programs students could potentially qualify for. I also created and coordinated unique onboarding and admissions journeys resulting to higher enrollment rates.

  • Effective Systems Management

    As a lead trainer I trained teams and individuals on the two new LMS (Velocify and SalesForce). Introducing the two systems enhanced planning and performance for student lifecycle management, resulting to quicker turnaround of enrollment process.
