🇪🇺 Everyone’s talking about Lovable—the European/Swedish $100m ARR success story. 🇺🇸 However, Lovable is incorporated in the US as a Delaware C-Corp (Lovable Inc.), so technically it’s a US company, not Swedish. It adds to the count of US unicorns, not European ones. The founders’ choice to incorporate in the US rather than the EU is obvious: 🗂️ Bureaucratic red tape makes setting up companies and doing financing rounds in Europe slow and painful. There are 27 different corporate regimes across the EU and some regulations date back to 1892(!). Take the German GmbH-Gesetz, for example. In a previous post, I told the story of German startup which had to pay €58k (this is not a typo) in notary fees for a Series A financing round. Gathering all(!) shareholders in one room for five hours to listen to a notary in an expensive suit read a 100-page contract, with a wall of books behind him, feels like an ancient ritual. But it’s still standard in some EU countries, including Germany. International investors might endure this once, but they won’t do it again (in the US/UK the whole process would have been a DocuSign PDF). Every week, my CTO Emil Rasmussen and I go for a long(ish) walk. And every week, one topic comes up: AI and compliance. It’s honestly a tough nut to crack. The more data we share with AI, the better the results. But how is it using and storing that data? And what about access and security? The Enterspeed platform is built to decouple backend systems from the presentation layer (in this case, AI). It's security by design: the presentation layer knows nothing about the backend systems or their security setup. We’re also endorsing MCP server setups and building it into our platform. This makes data available for efficient use when questions are asked directly – but AI won’t train on it. Finally, we’ve done some heavy lifting on our data processes and achieved ISO27001 certification to give our clients confidence on this topic. For anyone preparing for the Finnish YKI language test, you know how difficult to practice the speaking sections can be. It is so hard to get realistic practice and feedback. A new feature in the Finnish It app is a game-changer. It is an AI simulator for the Mielipide (opinion) and Reagointi (reaction) parts of the exam. You record your answer, and the AI gives you a detailed feedback. It’s not just a spech-to-text based analysis— it gives an estimated CEFR level for the response, points out pronunciation issues, and corrects grammar with suggestions on how to sound more natural. It feels like having a private tutor on demand. Adapt your brand to AI - or risk disappearing. AI is already reshaping how people search, shop, and discover. It’s a paradigm shift. AI is now both advisor and storefront. That means your brand no longer wins because of a polished campaign or paid impressions. You win if AI considers you the most relevant and trusted answer - based on what people actually say in forums, reviews, articles, and social feeds.
