Values don’t live in posters – they live in people. This World Values Day, we’re celebrating the everyday actions that bring our TRUE Values – Trust, Respect, Unity and Empowerment – to life across Australia and New Zealand. For more than 125 years, these principles have shaped how we work together and how we deliver trusted service to more than 8,000 customers across the region. 🌟 Trust – “Keeping everything neat and ready means the job starts calm and ends well.” – Amit 🌿 Respect – “I used to think cleaning was behind the scenes – now I know it’s the basis of everything.” – Sonam 👥 Unity – “It’s the small things – like feeding Brucie [the Police Station cat] – that make us feel part of one team.” – Barry 💪 Empowerment – “Cleaning isn’t just a job – it’s about caring for people.” – Isabella These moments from our frontline team show how our TRUE Values make people and places the best they can be. Thanks to every colleague who lives our TRUE Values – not just today, but every day. #TRUEValues #WorldValuesDay #WeAreOCS #FacilitiesManagement #NextGenFM #OCSEvolution

Fleet electrification won’t succeed in isolation – infrastructure comes first. At the recent business roundtable hosted by Custom Fleet, we discussed how co-investment in EV charging infrastructure is critical. We welcomed the contribution of the New Zealand Minister of Transport Christopher Bishop to that discussion – highlighting the important role government plays in setting the right environment for businesses like ours to transition faster. As Gareth W Marriott, our Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand, said during the roundtable: 💬 “Scandinavia proved the point – when governments invest in infrastructure first, adoption follows. Here in New Zealand, we need the same commitment so that businesses and households can switch with confidence.” From our own experience, the lack of fit-for-purpose commercial charging remains a barrier, especially for heavy vehicles and regional fleets. Building the right infrastructure now will give both households and businesses the confidence to commit to low-emission transport. 🔗 Read the NZ Herald article here: https://lnkd.in/gNd2Kf8W #TRUEValues #NextGenFM #OCSEvolution #FacilitiesManagement #Sustainability

“Having OCS staff on-site and visible 15 minutes before they were needed was honestly mind-blowing… the venues are noticeably cleaner, and your team is cheerful, professional, and approachable.” That’s feedback from Wintec’s Venues Team about the mahi of our colleague, Raymond Lee (Ray), specialist manager for Waikato. Ray has been recognised as an 🌟OCS TRUE Star for Trust – showing how professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail directly improve customer outcomes. At Wintec, this means cleaner classrooms and events spaces, smoother events, and confidence that everything runs as it should. Partnerships like this show what facilities management is all about – consistency, visibility, and people who care. Congratulations, Ray, and thank you to our colleagues across Australia and New Zealand who make people and places the best they can be every day. Smart technology isn’t just about efficiency – it’s about cutting emissions and creating safer workplaces. Gareth W Marriott recently joined Chris Tulloch (Custom Fleet) and other business leaders for a roundtable discussion on transport decarbonisation, the ‘New Age of Mobility’. 💬 “Data is a lever – if you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. Using EROAD telematics has cut our fuel consumption by 31% since 2017 and improved safety, delivering both more reliable services for our customers while supporting our decarbonisation goals.” - Gareth Marriott It’s one way we’re showing that operational data can be a lever for both decarbonisation and better customer outcomes. 🔗 Read the NZ Herald article here: https://lnkd.in/gFBq_kPd #TRUEValues #NextGenFM #OCSEvolution #FacilitiesManagement #Sustainability
