Description: Mapping life satisfaction across various occupational roles would help future research to better scrutinise the role of job demands and stressors in specific sectors and roles, plan studies to investigate the potential moderators, and, in the longer run, to tailor interventions specifically to industry sectors and/or occupational roles, considering how the employees are likely to appraise their job characteristics.
