Davidson Pilai is an active member of Westpac’s Youth Network (TYN), a dynamic group focused on personal, professional, and community development among young Westpac employees. Davidson is particularly passionate about creating positive impact within and beyond the organisation and making a tangible difference for PNG’s environment. For the past two years, Davidson has led a team of TYN members, partnering with NCDC for an annual beach clean-up event. Speaking of her time with Westpac’s Youth Network, Davidson said, “Being part of TYN allows me to contribute to meaningful change while growing as a leader. Highlights included powerful keynotes from industry leaders like Tracy Hall on financial crime prevention and Adam Jacobs on purpose-driven leadership, plus an inspiring visit to the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service that showcased real-world impact. Our young leaders have returned energized and equipped with fresh perspectives to drive positive change within Westpac and across PNG's communities.
