When Structure Meets Speed: Bridging Southern Europe and Southeast Asia’s Startup Ecosystems 🌉 “Two different ecosystems, both underdogs in their regions. But both are now rising, building their own innovation models. Now is the time for stronger connection and collaboration between them.” That was the core message of my speech at Geeks On A Beach 2025 last week in Cebu, the most informal and energetic innovation event in the Philippines, surrounded by an incredible community hungry for innovation💡. A huge thanks to the organizers, especially Tina Amper, Dave Overton, Charmel Angeline Samson and the entire team, for creating such a vibrant community, and to my friend Péter Kovács, who invited me to join! It was a great opportunity to meet inspiring founders, investors, and ecosystem builders shaping the future of innovation in the Philippines 🇵🇭.
