Shortly after, a panel Q&A discussing “Tax Transformation: Investment Facilitation Network (INFA-Net) and Other Emerging Trends” took place where several distinguished personalities participated, namely ARTA – Better Regulations Director Hon. Marbida L. Marbida; Board of Investments (BOI) – Investments Assistance Center Executive Director Hon. Atty. Bobby G. Margaux Advincula, followed by an opening message from Tax Leader Atty. Jules Riego. Shortly after, Department of Finance Undersecretary Hon. Charlito Martin R. Mendoza delivered the keynote address.
