    🚀 5 Things We’ve Learned Building Marketo Email Templates (so you don’t have to 😉) If you’ve ever built a Marketo email template from scratch, you know it’s not just drag-and-drop magic. It’s a mix of HTML logic, design precision, and platform quirks that can easily turn into hours of testing and fine-tuning. At our agency, we design, code, and implement custom Marketo templates for clients and after dozens of projects, here’s what we’ve learned 👇 1️⃣ A strong foundation = faster campaigns. A clean, modular template structure saves hours every time you launch a new campaign. We always start by designing reusable, editable modules that let you focus on the message - not the markup. 2️⃣ Variables are game-changers. Marketo’s global and local variables make templates both flexible and scalable. Need consistent button colors or UTM parameters applied automatically? It’s all possible with the right setup. Global for consistency, local for flexibility. Simple, but powerful. 3️⃣ Personalization makes the difference.
