What happens when young talent meets a transformative way of working? 💡 Our Interns found out during a recent 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 (𝐃𝐒𝐎) 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐬 workshop – and they truly impressed us! In April, we launched 4th edition of the Internship Program at #DHubWarsaw at Bayer Sp. z o.o.. This week, those Interns got a journey into DSO in a hands-on workshop led by Andrzej Jurkiewicz. They explored how to shift from a reactive mindset to a creative one, and learned key #DSO principles like 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩, 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠. The creativity, openness, and wisdom our Interns showed during the session were truly inspiring. Introducing them to this concept early is part of how we’re nurturing the next generation of innovators at Bayer. Today we’re excited to introduce you to a #DHub member who’s living proof that tech needs all kinds of stories. Hers is one of courage, curiosity and community—meet Fatima Turgunbaeva! 👋 #GetToKnowUs Now a software engineer at Digital Hub Warsaw at Bayer Sp. z o.o., Fatima works within the Crop Science division. She’s part of the high-impact Printing Center project—supporting users across multiple countries and handling thousands of prints every day. Her work spans development, software testing and AWS cloud services. But Fatima’s journey into tech wasn’t traditional. After attending the Women in Tech Summit in 2022 through a scholarship program with 17 other girls from Kyrgyzstan, she joined Bayer Sp. z o.o. in 2023 and has been growing ever since—driven by a hunger to learn and make a difference. And she is—Fatima’s impact goes far beyond code.
