Awesome! My 3 yr old loves it. It is child safe with no adds. He can explore and I know he is safe. I really enjoy the option to download books for use offline. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because deleting the downloaded books is painfully slow. Currently you have to select each book to delete it. There should be a bulk and delete all option for each profile. The parent dashboard should also have the ability to delete from any profile in bulk.

I love the app and used it daily during the free trial. It was a positive, fun way for my daughter and I to spend time together. Now my free trial is over and we both miss the app and seeing what new books you have. I understand that time and effort and money has gone into the app, would it be possible to reduce the monthly amount to accommodate lower income families? Awesome app, well done. Came back months later and even more books are here and better than ever!!! We are loving it

It's a great app, however I have renewed my account back in September and it was giving my daughter a prompt saying to upgrade for more reading. I can't understand why it's asking me to upgrade to the yearly subscription when I have already did. On that note, I have submitted 3 helpdesk requests for billing and subscription and I haven't heard or received any feedback from them.
