Delivery: 18% cost savings This is an estimate based on route and delivery optimization, including multi-delivery options and the use of non-branded vehicles. Time: 70% reduction in manual interactions We reviewed the number of questions handled via WhatsApp groups and found that 70% could be eliminated with proper adoption of our technology and features.

After more than a decade as CEO of major Iberian retailers such as Fnac and Grupo IskayPet (Tiendanimal, Kiwoko, Kivet, Clinicanimal), I feel privileged to embrace this new adventure at Lyzer— where vision, agility, and technology intersect to transform retail.
